What is the return policy?
Because each figurine is custom-made from your photos, we do not accept returns or refunds once production has started.
However, if there is any damage or defect when you receive your figurine, we will remake or replace it at no additional cost.
How do I order a Custom WoW Figurine?
Simply choose your size (Premium 15 cm or Deluxe 20 cm), upload a clear photo, and complete checkout. We’ll take care of the rest!
What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear front-facing photo with good lighting works best. If we need another picture, we’ll contact you on WhatsApp after your order.
What’s included with my figurine?
Every figurine comes with:
- 4-6cm stickers set
- Premium packaging
- Optional printed message card
How long does it take to make my figurine?
We follow a first come, first serve production queue.
Usually, your figurine is ready within 1 week from the time you order, but this can vary depending on order volume. During busy periods, the delivery date may extend up to 3 weeks.
The exact estimated delivery date will be confirmed after you place your order.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
For custom figurines: payment in advance (bank transfer or online payment).
For mini toys: Cash on Delivery is available, but only for minis delivered on weekends.
